Banana Pancakes

Here’s the recipe for our famous banana cake recipe. The kids love to help me mix the ingredients together. The rule in our house is that they can help me mix but once I turn on the stove they are not allowed in the kitchen around the hot stove

Here’s your list of ingredients:  all-purpose flour,sugar,salt,baking powder,milk, egg, banana,butter,milk

In a large bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl mash bananas, then add egg, milk, butter

Stir banana mixture into flour mixture, Mix until smooth.

 

Our secret weapon to get our pancakes nice and smooth is: after mixing the pancakes we throw the mixture in our Nutri bullet. If you don’t have a Nutri bullet no worries it’s optional

Heat a lightly oiled (about 2 tablespoon of butter) griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Scoop the batter (about 1/4 cup for each pancake) onto the griddle or frying pan. Brown on both sides

Serve with butter and syrup

Banana Pancakes

.  1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

.  3 tablespoon sugar

.  3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

.  1 teaspoon salt

.  1 1/4 cups milk

.  2 bananas (mashed)

.  1 egg

.  3 tablespoon melted butter

 

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl mash bananas, then add egg, milk, butter. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture, Mix until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled (about 2 tablespoon of butter) griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
