For me, it’s healthy to open a bag of dried beans and soak them overnight. Just think of all the chemicals you are saving your body from rather than opening up a can filled with garbage! I chose today black eyed peas and navy beans. In today’s world, we see our food produced with so many chemicals that it’s very scary. Instead of complaining, you need to find a way to help your body nutritionally. What’s good for me is not necessarily good for others. Talk to your doctor and let them advise you. We all need to understand life is for the living and we as humans, whether young or old, need to take care of ourselves nutritionally. So. Eat Away!
